Job Description

**Job Summary:**
Under the direct supervision of the Site Supervisor, the Laborer will conduct labor activities including cleaning, painting, recycling, furniture moving, floor care, and general maintenance.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct labor activities as assigned by the Site Supervisor
* Clean and maintain facilities, including floors, walls, and equipment
* Participate in recycling programs and ensure proper disposal of waste
* Assist with furniture moving and rearrangement
* Perform general maintenance tasks as needed

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma required
* Valid driver's license in good standing preferred
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel)

**Work Environment:**

* Work will be performed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
* Must be able to work on ladders and move furniture as needed
