Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Clay County Medical Center. As a key member of our Respiratory Therapy Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver respiratory care services to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and analyze results to diagnose respiratory conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet patient needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in on-call, call-back, and weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
Requirements
  • Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist licensure or certification.
  • Previous hospital experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic office and computer skills.
