Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to join our team at Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor. As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will play a vital role in helping our students develop in mind, body, and spirit for service to Christ in the Church and the world.

Our School of Health Professions is dedicated to providing a rigorous, experiential, and collaborative education that prepares outstanding health professionals who integrate faith, professional excellence, and service. We are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to Christian values and is passionate about teaching and mentoring students.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in the subject area to be taught and at least 5 years of previous university-level teaching experience. They will also have professional experience in the subject area and be able to present a Christian and professional manner.

The Adjunct Faculty member will be responsible for teaching certificate, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral courses in programs such as Communication Sciences and Disorders, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, and more. They will also assist in student advising and mentoring, provide evaluation, and meet with assigned students throughout the semester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach certificate, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral courses in programs such as Communication Sciences and Disorders, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, and more.
  • Assist in student advising and mentoring.
  • Provide evaluation.
  • Meet with assigned students throughout the semester.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in the subject area to be taught.
