Job Opportunity

Concordia University Wisconsin is seeking a qualified part-time Adjunct Faculty member to teach Physics and Astronomy for the 2025 spring semester in the Physical Sciences Department of the School of Arts & Sciences on the Mequon campus.

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in a related field and effective teaching skills. Previous teaching experience at the high school or undergraduate level is beneficial.

Applicants should submit a letter of intent, curriculum vitae, copy of transcripts, description of teaching philosophy, and contact information for three references. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until successful candidates are identified.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate physics courses, both calculus and non-calculus based
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field
