Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team at Alliance Laundry Systems. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in our assembly and press operations departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly on commercial laundry equipment, including wiring and other tasks as required.
  • Flex and rotate within various positions as needed to meet production demands.
  • Read and follow visual work instructions and daily schedules to ensure efficient production.
  • Use hand and/or air tools with proper training to complete tasks.

Assembly Department Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly tasks on commercial laundry equipment, including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity.

Press Operator Responsibilities:

  • Operate mechanical and hydraulic presses to assemble and manufacture commercial laundry equipment.
  • Set up dies and die sensors as required for each job.
  • Perform quality control inspections, requiring the ability to interpret engineering prints.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude with ability to function in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as scheduled, including most Saturdays.
  • Ability to work 50+ hours per week.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands:

  • Standing for long periods, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, and bending.
  • Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
