Position Overview

Banner Physical Therapy is in search of a dedicated outpatient Physical Therapist specializing in Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, and Oncology.

Our facility is seeking a compassionate and motivated licensed Physical Therapist to deliver outstanding patient care on a full-time basis. The caseload will include a mix of pelvic health and orthopedic cases, with opportunities to engage in oncology rehabilitation if desired. Experience in pelvic health is essential, though we welcome candidates who have completed student rotations. Our dynamic team consists of 9 skilled clinicians supported by a rehabilitation aide and 3 patient service specialists. In addition to pelvic health, our clinic also specializes in hand therapy and general orthopedic care. Our ReVital team offers comprehensive education and training for therapists committed to serving a diverse patient population. Compensation: Starting salary of $72,000 per year

Sign-on Bonus: $5000

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation initiative exclusively offered by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for individuals affected by cancer.

Our extensive network of over 900 specially trained therapists collaborates closely with oncologists and patients to develop personalized rehabilitation plans. By utilizing physical, occupational, and speech therapies, ReVital specialists address pain, fatigue, neuropathy, and various other cancer-related side effects with empathy and support. A significant number of individuals affected by cancer do not receive treatment for functional impairments; ReVital aims to bridge this gap in care, assisting patients in regaining strength, functionality, independence, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and comply with state practice acts and regulations governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
  • Complete all required corporate and clinical training, ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
  • Evaluate, treat, and manage treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting medical necessity clearly.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
  • Participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completion of educational requirements mandated for state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Physical Therapy.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification is required.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week, including occasional early or late shifts to accommodate patient needs.
  • Experience in pelvic health (student rotations considered).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest or experience in cancer rehabilitation.
