This role is dedicated to delivering specialized Physical Therapy services to a diverse pediatric demographic, ranging from infants to young adults. The therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique developmental and functional needs.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Evaluation and Treatment: Assess and treat a variety of conditions, including neurological, musculoskeletal, and developmental disorders. Utilize age-appropriate therapeutic techniques and family-centered care approaches to establish effective treatment goals and plans.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, contributing to quality management initiatives.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships within the healthcare team and the community, engaging with families and other professionals to enhance patient care and participate in educational training sessions.
- Supervision: Oversee and mentor support staff, including physical therapist assistants and students, providing constructive feedback on their performance.
