Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to enhance our financial operations.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our banking framework to facilitate both operational and strategic initiatives. This position entails overseeing all facets of banking transactions and ensuring accurate documentation of cash movements across various financial institution accounts. The Senior Treasury Analyst will lead the electronic funds transfer processes, adhering to both internal and external timelines, while maintaining daily cash position reports. Additionally, this role involves initiating banking activities such as account management and updating services to align with business needs.
The Senior Treasury Analyst will also cultivate banking relationships and stay informed about the latest banking regulations and practices. Responsibilities include preparing cash forecasts by analyzing business unit budgets, revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial metrics to project the organization’s cash flow in the short, medium, and long term. This position may also involve training staff on various processes and systems, collaborating with Treasury Analyst I as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review bank reports and reconcile cash positions daily. Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation for cash positions, collaborating with accounting or bank personnel to resolve discrepancies.
- Facilitate electronic funds transfers for various departments.
- Manage bank activity interface files.
- Generate cash forecasts by assessing business unit budgets and analyzing financial indicators.
- Compile intercompany reports for cash settlements between business units.
- Prepare reports and schedules to support financial statement audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a Treasury or Banking environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle applications is advantageous.
