Job Summary

Integrated Machinery Solutions is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures, components, and equipment using various welding techniques and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform welding operations on metal structures, components, and equipment using various welding techniques and processes, including Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to understand welding requirements and specifications.
  • Operate overhead cranes, fork lifts, and drill presses to move and position materials and equipment.
  • Use oxy-fuel torches to cut and shape metal components.
  • Fabricate small structures and components from drawings using basic layout tools and standard fabrication tools.
  • Work with minimum supervision to complete tasks and meet production deadlines.
  • Ensure all work is performed in a safe and productive manner, adhering to company safety rules and procedures.
  • Lift up to 45 pounds in a safe manner.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in welding or an Associate's Degree in Welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of welding processes, including SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW.
  • Ability to operate overhead cranes, fork lifts, and drill presses.
  • Ability to use oxy-fuel torches and cut and shape metal components.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet production deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds in a safe manner.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime may be required to meet production and shipping requirements.
