Press Brake Operator - Now Hiring

Press Brake Operator Tasks & Duties (What you'll do) 

• Operate press brake and decoiling machinery to fabricate metal parts based on engineering specifications. 

• Set up machinery, select and install appropriate dies, and adjust settings to meet project requirements. 

• Perform die changes efficiently with minimal downtime to maintain production schedules. 

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine work requirements. 

• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent product quality throughout the production process, adjusting settings as necessary. 

• Troubleshoot minor machinery issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. 

• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and overall efficiency. 

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety and quality protocols. 

• Record production data and report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor. 

Press Brake Operator Shift Info 

• Rate: $18 per hour  

• Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday - Friday) 

• Overtime: Potential for OT 

Press Brake Operator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills) 

• Proven experience as a Press Brake and Decoiling Operator, with a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes. 

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. 

• Experience with tooling setup, die changes, and machine calibration techniques. 

• High attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality products. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment is a must. 

• Welding experience is a plus 

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen 

• Able to pass a background check 

• Able to work in the US
