Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience to guests upon arrival and departure
  • Serve as an ambassador for the hotel, offering information and assistance to guests throughout their stay
  • Operate the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and ensure confidentiality of guest information
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform wake-up calls, print and distribute reports, and maintain parking software
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
