Job Summary

AmbaFlex, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our Construction department in Canton, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling constructional components and completing frames using various welding and constructional techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and completion of frames.
  • Component Customization: Customize components using welding and constructional techniques to meet specific requirements.
  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare equipment for production by ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Quality Control: Inspect constructional components and complete frames to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Process Development: Participate in the development of new products and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Work Schedule

The successful candidate will be required to work a 4/10s schedule, with options for day or night shifts.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Drawing Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Metric System Understanding: Strong understanding of the metric system (preferred).
