**Job Title: Welder & Fitter****Job Description**As a Fitter/Welder, you will work individually or as part of a small team to produce metal weldments that adhere to dimensional specifications from mechanical engineered drawings. You will determine from drawings where each weld is to be performed and ensure that each weld meets the size, length, and tolerance specified. Additionally, tasks may include grinding welds and buffing sheet metal to meet cosmetic or appearance specifications.**Hard Skills**+ MIG Welding Experience on Mild & Stainless Steel+ Blueprint Reading+ Own Weld Hood and Gloves+ Fitting Experience+ TIG and Stick Welding (optional but beneficial)**Soft Skills**+ Attention to Detail+ Ability to Work Independently or in a Team**Job Type**This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 18 Week(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in CANTON, Ohio.**Work Environment**The position offers a pay rate of $18-$22/hr. Work hours include a 1st Shift from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and a Weekend Shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday to Sunday, which includes a 16% shift differential.
