Job Title: Club Trainer

At Planet Fitness, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Club Trainer to join our team. As a Club Trainer, you will be responsible for leading group fitness classes, designing workout programs, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead group fitness classes, including cardio and strength training sessions
  • Design and implement workout programs for members, taking into account their fitness goals and needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve club goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and developments, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your classes and programs
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current CPR certification
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Passion for fitness and wellness, with a desire to help others achieve their health and fitness goals
