Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with clients in person or via phone, offering tailored insurance advice.
Sales Assistance: Guide clients in choosing suitable insurance plans and coverage options.
Policy Assessments: Perform policy evaluations to ensure clients have adequate protection and suggest additional insurance products as necessary.
Customer Support: Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold high satisfaction standards.
Record Keeping: Ensure precise documentation of client interactions and policy information.
Qualifications
Licensing: Willingness to acquire necessary insurance licensing upon employment.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
