Licensed Behavior Analyst - Full-Time Position
ABOUT VISION FOR HOPE
Vision for Hope is dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our goal is to deliver exceptional services that empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential through proven treatment methodologies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Experience with insurance credentialing.
- Compliance with BACB supervisory standards.
- Physical capability to lift and transport children and/or necessary equipment.
- Ability to maintain various postures as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement treatment and behavioral intervention strategies.
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to address behavioral issues.
- Evaluate data and oversee practical training.
- Maintain active BCBA certification.
- Ensure accurate completion of all required documentation.
- Manage caseload effectively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with ASD.
- Strong communication skills, organized, and reliable.
- Awareness and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
