About the Job

This position offers a chance to promote person-centered services and trauma-informed care in our Supported Housing Division. As Vice President of Supportive Services, you will lead our growing supported housing portfolio, utilizing a data-informed approach and focusing on supporting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring that assigned programs maintain compliance with state, city, federal, and other regulations as well as ICL policies and procedures.
  2. Conducting regularly scheduled management, supervisory, and clinical meetings.
  3. Developing clear, measurable divisional goals, objectives, and work plans.
  4. Overseeing recruitment, hiring, and training of staff.
  5. Providing direct supervision and evaluation of designated program directors.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health with a minimum of five years of experience in behavioral health services.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical interventions, including trauma-informed care and person-centered care.
  • Effective staff management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
