Key Responsibilities- Client Satisfaction: Focus on complete client care and delivering on promises made with existing clients.
- Account Management: Directly responsible for client satisfaction with the firm and retention of client accounts.
- Financial Planning: Manage formulation and implementation of risk and investment strategies consistent with a comprehensive financial plan prepared for each client.
- Business Development: Increase assets under management from assigned client base and develop new revenue opportunities to service existing clients more effectively.
- Relationship Building: Develop and deepen relationships with existing clients and their next generation.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain familiarity with the industry and economic trends and apply knowledge to client service and relationships.
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Services.
- Understanding and articulation of Financial Planning.
- Ability to advise clients on all aspects of their balance sheet.
- Working understanding of tax thresholds, types of taxation for different instruments and accounts, and the levers for increasing or reducing taxes.
- A comprehensive understanding of financial markets and a relentless drive to learn more.
- Series 7, Series 66/63 and State Life & Health or similar. Unlicensed candidates will be considered but required to obtain the requisite licenses within 120 days of employment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- $85,000 base salary with strong incentives and great benefits.
