Shift:
Second Shift 4:00 pm - 3:00 am Monday-Thursday

Key Responsibilities:


Manage the repair and upkeep of equipment; prioritize work orders related to safety and production. Provide assistance to maintenance team members with troubleshooting and repairs as needed. Oversee preventive maintenance initiatives and ensure adherence to schedules to minimize operational downtime.

Develop methods and procedures for departmental tasks; identify and resolve operational challenges; communicate expertise and provide approval regarding departmental activities.

Supervise, interview, orient, train, assess, and nurture associates within the Maintenance department during assigned shifts. When necessary, execute disciplinary actions or recommend termination of employment. Ensure that the building, grounds, and equipment are maintained and cleaned to uphold machinery and facility standards.

Oversee the facility's waste management program; ensure compliance with appropriate disposal regulations. Collaborate with management to address maintenance requirements. Conduct facility tours to ensure optimal conditions are maintained.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of five years of maintenance and supervisory experience is preferred. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices and safety protocols is essential. Analytical skills are necessary to collect and interpret data, as well as to develop, recommend, and implement solutions.

Possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and administrative skills. Proficiency in personal computers and engineering-related software is required. Candidates must be flexible with their schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and the capability to stand for extended periods.
