Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care and support to families.
  • Monitor and maintain the functionality of life support systems, including ventilators and feeding tubes.
  • Assess vital signs and respond to any signs of patient distress.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and perform catheter insertions as required.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of all medication administration.
  • Assist in emergency procedures to stabilize patients.
  • Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) with precision and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Active RN License.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • BLS and ACLS Certifications.
  • A minimum of 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care SICU environment.
  • Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.
