Surgical Intensive Care Travel Nurse

RightPro Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN specializing in Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU). This role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.

This position is exclusively for travel nurses; local candidates will not be considered. Candidates must possess a valid AHA BLS/ACLS certification, NIHSS, and an active RN license. A minimum of two years of experience in a surgical ICU setting, particularly with neurosurgical patients, is required. Flexibility to float within the ICU and work every other weekend is expected.

The role involves caring for patients undergoing vascular surgical procedures, neurosurgical interventions, trauma care, and complex surgical cases. Additionally, the nurse may be required to provide advanced care for any OB/GYN patients needing ICU-level support.
