Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCPC) Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social services programs that meet the needs of our residents
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including mental health professionals and case managers
  • Provide clinical case supervision and oversight of treatment programs
  • Coordinate referrals to external services and develop educational in-services
  • Assess potential residents and develop Performance Improvement Project (PIP) tools to enhance care delivery

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCPC) Qualifications:

  • LCSW or LCPC licensure required
  • At least two years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders
  • Three years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
