Horizon ABA is dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services in the Valley. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a clinical leader, working 4 days a week. This role offers an opportunity to set the standard for ethical and compassionate care, while delivering individualized and family-centered behavior analytic services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & Inspire: Oversee a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes and create positive experiences for clients.
  • Clinical Excellence: Deliver behavior analysis services, manage cases, conduct assessments, and develop strengths-based treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs.
  • Client & Family Support: Build strong relationships with families and provide regular caregiver support to ensure seamless treatment plans.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical records, adhere to Board and Arizona Licensing standards, and uphold ethical guidelines.

Key Requirements
  • A Master's degree with BACB-approved coursework.
  • Licensed in Arizona and certified as a BCBA.
  • At least 1 year of supervised BCBA experience and 5 years working with children under 13.
  • Reliable transportation, fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification.
