Job Title: Electrical Engineer - PCB Designer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer - PCB Designer to join our team at Kelly Services. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing printed circuit boards (PCBs) for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop PCBs using Altium Designer Software or similar tools
  • Work closely with electrical design engineers and technical leads to create PCB schematic capture and layouts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PCB designs meet electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing design constraints
  • Provide feedback to design engineers to ensure functionality and manufacturability of PCB designs
  • Participate in design reviews and interface with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and process engineers to design prototype and production quality printed circuit boards
  • Create fabrication and assembly drawings, BOM, and incorporate changes to existing design documentation
  • Generate all output files required for the manufacture of the board and assembly
  • Act as the prime technical contact for the exchange of design information with PCB fabricators
  • Interface with PCB fabricators on DFM, quality-related issues, and pricing
  • Create schematic symbols and layout footprints for new electrical and electromechanical components for inclusion into the database library
  • Maintain design file revision control throughout the design release process
Requirements:
  • BS in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of hands-on printed circuit board design experience
  • Solid proficiency with Altium Designer Software, Cadence, or similar PCB design tools
