Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced Tax Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of expertise in tax consulting, management, partnerships, and form 1065. This is a full-time role offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the tax compliance processes for real estate partnerships, including the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns, estimates, and extensions.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of all tax returns and associated forms, including form 1065 and K-1s.
  • Analyze and interpret tax legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax liabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering guidance and advice on tax-related issues.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.
  • Conduct tax research and provide strategic recommendations for tax planning.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures.
  • Mentor and provide training to junior staff members.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in tax management, particularly in real estate and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax software applications.
