Job Overview

Compensation Package

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build rapport with individuals experiencing homelessness, providing essential support, guidance, and resources through street outreach efforts.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive case plans to address housing, healthcare, and other critical needs for chronically homeless individuals.
  • Collaborate closely with a network of agencies, including law enforcement and social service organizations, to ensure seamless coordination of services.
  • Respond to immediate crises and provide support to individuals in distress, utilizing effective crisis intervention techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports to track progress and inform program decisions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years in active recovery from substance abuse.
  • A strong passion for helping others and a commitment to social justice.
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, or substance abuse issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
About the Role

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
