Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences during lunch, dinner, brunch, banquets, parties, meetings, and other special events.

• Provide Genuine Hospitality: Exhibit genuine hospitality with guests and act as a steward of teamwork amongst the staff.
• Craft Delicious Cocktails: Expertly create delicious cocktails according to company recipes.
• Create a Welcoming Environment: Create an environment where bar guests feel welcome and want to come back to see you.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Produce great quality ambience, food, drinks, and service.
• Collaborate with the Team: Act as a team player, perform light cleaning/sidework, and exhibit maturity and responsibility.
• Set Up Events: Set up dining room, bar, service stations, banquet tables, linens, and decorations according to event specifications.
• Greet and Assist Guests: Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements.
• Ensure Food Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Staff: Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure phenomenal service.

• Experience: 2+ years experience in a full service restaurant. Experience with craft cocktails a must.
• Knowledge: Must have a working knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer. Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine is helpful.
• Availability: Must commit to at least 3 shifts per week including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive guest experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
