  • The Tampa FL Regional Operations Leader will oversee the bulk gas division, responsible for developing strategies that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory compliance.
  • This senior leader will oversee product development, service innovation, and customer satisfaction while managing financial performance and ensuring the highest standards of safety across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive the growth of the bulk gas segment, aligning initiatives with corporate vision and financial goals.
  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Establish a culture of safety and compliance across all operations, ensuring strict adherence to OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee production, logistics, and distribution processes, ensuring quality control and optimal operational efficiency.
  • Customer-Centric Service: Drive customer satisfaction by developing innovative service offerings, refining delivery processes, and collaborating with the sales team to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Manage the division's budget, forecasting, and P&L to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the industrial or bulk gas industry, with extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards, including OSHA and DOT.
  • Strong background in regulatory compliance and safety management, with a proven track record of upholding and advancing safety standards.
  • Proficiency in financial management, strategic planning, and operational oversight.
