  • Participates in the training of new store personnel.
Service

  • Offers expertise in printing, signage, and shipping product lines, recommending appropriate FedEx Office services.
  • Delivers an outstanding customer service experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions.

  • Processes complex customer orders through order systems, providing accurate pricing information.
  • Prepares items for shipping by packaging them securely, weighing packages, and affixing labels.
  • Operates printing, binding, and related equipment using customer-supplied materials.

  • Safeguards customer data confidentiality and handles documents, media, and packages with care.
  • Processes financial transactions via a Point of Sale terminal, including cash handling.
  • Maintains and stocks all retail store printing and shipping equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stays informed on retail merchandising materials and ensures proper display of products and signage.
  • Takes proactive measures to minimize errors and waste.
  • Completes necessary financial documentation and may assist with financial reporting.
  • Adheres to FedEx Office standard operating procedures, as well as legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
