We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Director of Graduate Admissions to join our team at Stetson University. As a key member of our Enrollment Management and University Marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the graduate recruitment team and developing strategies to increase graduate enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment, engagement, and enrollment of qualified graduate students
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals
  • Represent the University in a speaking capacity at on-and-off campus student programs
  • Participate in extensive travel by air and automobile, both in and out of state
  • Oversee Graduate Recruitment and Admissions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of five to eight years of progressively responsible experience in college admissions at the Associate or Director level
  • Exceptional management skills and ability to utilize current recruitment software and other technology
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree
  • Experience with SCT Banner and Technolutions Slate
