We are seeking an ambitious Network Support Technician to join our team at Broadcast Management Group Inc. In this role, you will provide technical support for our live broadcast productions, ensuring that our network infrastructure runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting network issues, resolve problems, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of our network infrastructure.

Work closely with our network engineering team to identify and implement improvements to our network infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the demands of our live broadcast productions.

Implement security measures to safeguard our network infrastructure from potential cyber threats and attacks.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies into our network infrastructure.

Provide technical support for all systems, including broadcast, accounting, and corporate IT systems, both client-facing and employee-facing.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of network administration and maintenance.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity practices and disaster recovery operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
