Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Observability Architect to join our team at Syncreon Consulting. As a trusted business partner, we strive to deliver the most value and highest return on investment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish roadmaps, designs, and support the implementation of Platform Ops (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) for private cloud and machine learning capabilities to automate and streamline operational workflows.
  • Develop operational data monitoring, analysis, and automated remediation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support business applications and processes in new ways.
  • Design and implement sophisticated enterprise-level solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) through DevOps and tools such as Crossplane, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Implement performance monitoring and observability through platforms such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 14 years of qualified experience in monitoring and Observability track.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology/security, systems engineering, or relevant work experience.
  • Professional certifications a plus.
