We are currently seeking a Server Support Specialist to enhance our Timber team at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark.

Role Responsibilities

Become part of a memorable experience as a Server Support Specialist: Assist in the delivery and service of food and beverage offerings to restaurant patrons.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Thoroughly understanding the menu and wine selections, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide exceptional service.
  • Delivering all necessary service elements to guests (e.g., presentation of bread, horseradish/cheese grating, dessert presentation).
  • Maintaining a tidy, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Transporting and polishing clean utensils and equipment as needed.
  • Exhibiting proficiency in multitasking.
  • Adhering to opening and closing procedures, as well as completing side work duties.
  • Communicating consistently with the culinary and management teams.
  • Listening to and addressing customer concerns regarding service, products, and staff.
  • Effectively managing service responsibilities from servers and bartenders.
  • Carefully cleaning and resetting dining tables and booths during and after service.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
