About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at K&G Fashion Superstore. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and inventory management to maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in team selling initiatives, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a world-class experience.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
