Job Summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge all guests through a greeting, smile, or eye contact, regardless of the task at hand.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of store products and use this knowledge to build sales.
  • Practice suggestive selling techniques to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist in merchandising the store, following the Supervisor's instructions, to maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
