We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Security Manager to join our team of experts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of Information Assurance (IA) and Computer Network Defense (CND) functions to support multi-tier IA and CND operations, including systems engineering, audit/inspection, infrastructure support, certification and accreditation, vulnerability management, detection and response support services.

  • Provide support for a program, organization, system, or enclave's information assurance program, including security certification test and evaluation of assets, vulnerability management and response, security assessments, and customer support.

  • Develop and implement information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies, and maintain operational security posture for an information system or program to ensure information systems security policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed.

  • Assist with the management of security aspects of the information system and perform day-to-day security operations of the system, including evaluating security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information.

  • Perform vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support certification and accreditation, and provide configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware.

  • Manage changes to system and assess the security impact of those changes, and prepare and review documentation to include System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages, and System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs).

  • Execute policies and guidance provided by senior functional/technical leads, and gather technical information, prepare written text, and maintain a current internal documentation library.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position, or an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

  • Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience in addition to education level.

  • Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II certification.

  • Experience working in a DoD or IC environment desired.

  • Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
