Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
  • At least one year of experience in a hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility setting
