Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beverage Service Specialist to join our team at Dual Courtyard & SpringHill Suites by Marriott - Myrtle Beach Oceanfront. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Serve Guests: Courteously greet guests, take orders, and serve beverages and food products in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process Transactions: Accurately input guest orders and process cash and card transactions using our point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company, state, and federal standards.
  • Perform Opening, Mid-Shift, and Closing Side Work: Participate in opening, mid-shift, and closing side work to ensure seamless transitions between shifts and maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Meet Guest Expectations: Contribute to guest satisfaction by accurately serving customers their food and beverage orders in a quick and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Weekend Availability: Availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in processing transactions and serving guests.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing exceptional service to our guests.
