The Ready 4 Work organization is seeking a highly skilled LPN to coordinate medical care in our residential program. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch nursing services and ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and medication lists
  • Assist residents with learning about their medications and ensure they are taken as prescribed
  • Provide wound care, tracheostomy care, diabetic counseling, and other essential nursing services
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and emotional needs
  • Communicate effectively with nursing and program staff to address any concerns or issues
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license
  • BLS Certification required
  • Preferred: LVN certification and experience working in a residential setting

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $29.43 - $35.44 per hour
