Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Radiology Technician, you will deliver Imaging Services, including routine diagnostic x-rays, portable x-rays, and fluoroscopy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Accurately label and document scans.
  • Address quality assurance issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely release of images to radiologists.
  • Verify and enter orders correctly.
  • Assist in patient transport as required.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiology program is required.
  • Current A.R.R.T. registration is mandatory.
  • Certification from the Texas Department of Health (CMRT) is required.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification is necessary.
  • One year of experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
