Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) Nurse to join our team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a CICU Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients with cardiac and medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with cardiac and medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
