Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication regimens
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
