Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Blank Press Operator to join our team at Sierra Bullets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Set up, operate, and maintain the Sierra Bullets blank press
* Utilize measuring equipment, such as Calipers and Micrometers, to ensure accuracy
* Demonstrate knowledge of decimals and fractions in a manufacturing environment
* Work independently and stay motivated to produce high-quality products
* Learn to properly change out die stacks and identify and correct problems within the press

**Marginal Job Functions:**

* Close attention to detail
* Perfect attendance
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Pay attention to time on task

**Skills Required:**

* Ability to keep accurate records for production and inventory purposes
* Perform tool and machine part adjustments
* Exhibit safe work practices and good housekeeping skills

**Educational Requirements:**

* High school diploma or GED
* Skilled trades background

**Physical Requirements:**

* Ability to lift 80lbs
* Pushing and pulling 40lbs
* Stand, twist, and bend for long periods of time

**Experience Required:**

* Mechanical background
* Manufacturing experience

**Licensing or Certifications:**

* Fork truck certification
