Job Summary:

As a Truss Assembly Specialist at Noble Truss, you will play a crucial role in the timely and cost-efficient assembly of trusses. Your responsibilities will include the placement and pressing of chords, webs, and plates, as well as stacking and banding completed trusses. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and coordinating with support personnel to ensure proper material flow to assembly areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chord, web, and plate placement and pressing
• Stacking of completed trusses
• Banding of completed orders
• Labeling of individual trusses and completed orders

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
