At HexaQuEST Global - Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong nursing expertise and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
This role requires flexibility as you will be working non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends. As a Travel RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, such as hospitals and clinics, and travel to different locations within your assigned region.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating their progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
