About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned market leader to join our team at Resource Systems Group, Inc. as a Market Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing market strategies that drive growth across multiple practice areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market strategies that align with client and organizational goals
  • Lead and guide a market/service line for a region, executing consulting engagements on-time and on-budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and expand service offerings
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Provide operational direction on project goals and client deliverables
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, energy, market research, statistics, math, economics, psychology, geography, or engineering
  • 15+ years of consulting experience, with a proven track record of managing regional professional consulting teams and large-scale/complex projects
  • Proven ability to drive accountability for the performance of a team within the discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple medium-sized teams of people and projects to deliver projects within scope, on-time and on-budget with high customer satisfaction
