Job Summary

Resource Systems Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Market Leader to join our dynamic Acoustics team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in acoustics and consulting, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a market/service line for a region, executing consulting engagements on-time and on-budget with RSG's high standard for delivery.
• Develop project strategies that align with client and organizational goals, considering client objectives and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and expand service offerings.
• Guide project managers in managing project resources efficiently, including human capital and other project-related assets.
• Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation to win and deliver work optimally.
• Monitor and drive accountability for on-time and on-budget delivery of high quality projects.
• Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, management of staff, including mentoring and development of staff.
• Maintain knowledge and information about industry trends and best practices to lead the development of market strategies and business plans.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. 15+ years consulting and domain expertise. PE or INCE Board Certification strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage regional professional consulting teams and large-scale/complex projects, drive accountability for the performance of a team within the discipline, and communicate strategic direction to a team to drive alignment.
