About the Role

The SLPA will work closely with our speech-language pathologists to provide high-quality services to students, including speech screenings, documentation, and therapy sessions. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with speech-language screenings and assessments
  • Conduct informal documentation as directed by the supervisor
  • Implement treatment plans or protocols developed by the supervisor
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare materials and schedule activities for direct therapy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Speech Assistant License through the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, Division of Professional Licensure, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $65,000 per year, based on clinical experience and education, in accordance with the Non-unit Therapist Salary schedule. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
