Serenity at Summit New England seeks a dedicated and responsible Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical program, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities include completing assigned tasks, maintaining customer satisfaction, addressing client concerns, and upholding safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established protocols for the day-to-day operations of the clinical program.
- Complete daily assignments as directed, fulfilling responsibilities as a Mental Health Support Specialist.
- Communicate and document all client concerns promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction and positive interactions with clients.
- Ensure that immediate client needs are met and provide redirection when necessary, always treating clients with respect.
