Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Homes Construction Director to lead our team in building homes to the highest standards.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive employee benefit package includes employer-paid life, AD&D, and LTD insurance, enrollment in ESOP (retirement benefits), paid time off policy, company-issued cell phone, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS AND ENSURING QUALITY: Establish and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, vendors, and team members to ensure timely completion of high-quality work.
  • OVERSEEING PROJECTS: Inspect all work to guarantee alignment with Betenbough Homes' specifications and city codes, making sure that trade partners complete their tasks on schedule.
  • MAINTAINING HIGH STANDARDS: Perform detailed in-progress inspections to uphold the quality of construction and hold trade partners accountable for meeting quality standards and construction processes.
  • ADDRESSING ISSUES PROACTIVELY: Anticipate and address potential issues before they become major problems, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • NURTURING TRADE PARTNERS: Help existing trades improve their skills and recruit new ones to expand our network.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • This role requires standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, walking, reaching above head and below waist, frequent walking on uneven surfaces, ability to navigate hazardous conditions, and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 20-75 pounds.

Hours and Schedule

  • Average 50 hours per week (7am-5pm, M-F) with occasional lunch meetings, after-hours work, and travel required.
